Terms and Conditions of Rental

  • You must be at least 25 years of age to check in ID WILL BE VERIFIED UPON CHECK IN
  • A deposit equal to the first nights rent must be received BY CHECK BY MAIL within 7 DAYS of making the booking to guarantee your reservation.
  • We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards,Cashiers Checks, Cash and Travelers Cheques upon arrival.  Personal checks are only accepted if enough time is allowed for clearance.
  • A refund for cancellation will be given if 7 DAYS (60 DAYS FOR MONTHLY RENTALS) notice is given prior to arrival. Otherwise the deposit will be kept and the balance will be refunded.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 Fee
  • Towels and bedding are provided. However we do not provide towels for the beach or swimming pool. If you fee like you will need additional towels or bedding, please bring them with you.
  • We stock the house with a start up supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and bar soap however you are responsible for any additional needs after that.
  • This is a self catering house and we do not provide maid service of any sort.
  • Before you check out please make sure all of your garbage was sacked and put in the trashcan outside
  • You are responsible for lost or damaged items during your stay.
  • A MINIMUM fee of $200 will be incurred for smoking inside the property.
  • Please call us 30 minutes before departure so we can schedule a routine inspection of your property.
  • Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is Before 11am
  • Late arrivals by prior arrangement only as a LOCKBOX CODE IS REQUIRED
  • All damages must be paid for.
  • If the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon your departure you will be charged a MINIMUM OF $150 on top of any costs for damaged or missing items.
